happy morn friends , planning to create a PORTFOLIO FOR VALUE STOCKS like rpl , rnrl , bajaj hind , chambl fert , tata motors ,icici bank ,idfc ,rajesh expo,adlabs, jpassociat and sail , nifty at 2800 level 20 % investment , nifty at 2600 level 20%investment , nifty at 2400 level 40 % investment and nifty at 2200 level 20 % investment, basically aSIP PLAN ,i would appreciate view of prakasan on the above , happy trading HB

As you already noticed, the value creation can be happen when the market is falling due to global factors. Looking into the Fundamental Factors you can see both sensex and nifty, the PE ratio is below 15, that supports the fundamental valuation, so that is the right approach.
